Letitia is the founder of Dynamic Body® Holistic Fitness practice, an international Yoga Teacher, Movement Specialist and Professional Dancer. As a graduate of the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School, she has a passion to share with the world the benefits of applying Contemporary Dance & Ballet training techniques to fitness and movement practices. She uses her profound understanding of the body and it's functions to deliver strength and conditioning practices and Yoga & Movement classes to inspire students around the world. Her goal is to enhance confidence, connection, physical and mental wellbeing and understanding of the body in motion in everyone that joins a practice!
